I wanted to be able to help . . . . [07 Jan 2007|03:25am]

In the mid 90's you had the NWO, and they split in to 2 factions red and black . . . . Other than Sting, and Hall, and Nash, there was Konnan ... I felt so bad when I heard he was sick, It wasn't like Eddie, or Chris, or Art, or Davey it wasn't something that couldn't be helped, but this is.

I didn't havy any money to give, but I can at least pass the word around and in some way do my part . . . .

Konnan Donation Info: Kidney Transplant Surgery

January 6th happens to be Konnan's birthday. January 6th also is the 20 year anniversary of Konnan's pro wrestling debut. Most of us celebrate birthdays and anniversaries with parties, gatherings, and cake. On January 6th, Konnan will be spending his time performing Dialysis on his Kidneys and preparing for Hip Surgery scheduled for Monday January 8th.

It is very difficult to ever get the wrestling community together for any reason. I am hoping under the circumstances this can happen.

By now you are aware Konnan needs a Hip Replacement. As unfortunate as that may be, his severe pain and degenerating hip probably saved his life. It was the very preparations for hip surgery that led to the discovery Konnan is in need of a kidney transplant. And fast.

This past Thursday, Konnan appeared on our webcast and spoke about his ailment. And as doctors told him, if the kidney ailment was not discovered, he likely would have went into cardiac arrest in a matter of months.

Many of you saw Konnan on TNA Impact very recently. Since that appearance, Konnan has lost 35 pounds. As he described, this illness is literally eating his muscles away.

To the credit of many caring fans, some have offered their Kidney for transplant. If you are O Negative which is Konnan's blood type, or even O Positive, you could be a donor. Unfortunately, the cost for Kidney Transplant surgery is in excess of $35,000. Konnan does not have any medical insurance.

Konnan is planning on having the surgery in Mexico because of the lower cost. In the United States, Kidney Transplant could cost $80,000 to $100,000.

TNA made a very generous gesture to Konnan by loaning him the money for his Hip Replacement Surgery. However Konnan is on his own with his Kidney Transplant.

With his blessing, we have set up a drive to raise money to cover the expenses so Konnan can have his Kidney Transplant. There have been countless numbers of fans, wrestlers, websites, and wrestling companies wanting to help Konnan in his true hour of need. Now you have the opportunity to do so.

A Paypal account and email address (GetWellKonnan@aol.com) has been setup so everyone can send donations. Every penny donated will go towards Konnan's Kidney Transplant Surgery. If you do not have a Paypal account, setting one up takes 5 minutes. If you prefer to send a donation by mail, an address is listed at the bottom of this article.

For Paypal Donations, click the button link below. Or if you visiting Paypal directly, use the email address below for Donation information:

GetWellKonnan@aol.com (PAYPAL ADDRESS)

Physical link directly to Paypal Donation Page:

Donate $1, $10, $100, anything you can send. Can you imagine if every wrestling fan sent even $1? The cost for his surgery would be paid in a second.

*** You can include a private message to Konnan as well when sending your paypal donation. All donations and messages will be received by Konnan. ***

Anyone that has a wrestling item, memorabilia, anything they would like to donate, please send your information to Anthony DeBlasi @ baybkge@aol.com. We will place all items on Ebay and all revenue from those sales will be given to Konnan as well.

Below is the mailing address for anyone who would like to mail a donation, even a card and/or letter to Konnan. Any checks or money orders should be made out to Konnan. Send them to:

c/o Konnan
PO Box 140573
Howard Beach, NY 11414-0573

Again it is very difficult to ever see the wrestling community come together for any reason. I am hopeful that in this case it will. There is no excuse why every fan, website, wrestling company, wrestler doesn't take a moment to help this man out.

We've set up all avenues on behalf of Konnan so assistance can be made for him. Now it is up to you. I strongly recommend you listen to Konnan's appearance on our show Thursday evening. It brought a tear to many eyes.

Konnan has done so much for the wrestling world over the last 20 years. Let's return the favor and show our appreciation to Konnan.

Thank you for your time.
Anthony DeBlasi

Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar [09 Jun 2006|01:44am]

I am watching the undertaker dvd set. I cant believe that they put that match against John Cena from Vengeance 7/27/2003. It wasnt that good of a match and they could have replaced it with a better match that he had. Also that Hell In Cell match between Brock Lesnar was pretty bad as well. They could have left this match off the dvd set as well.

And here it is. It is the trailer from WM 21. It's 5.1MB and it is uncensored.

This will be available only for a short time as I am trying to conserve bandwidth, but I'll be rotating these vids through my website.

Undertaker Wrestling Videos [11 Apr 2005|04:03pm]

Hey I have a lot of Undertaker videos I have downloaded over the years, and I am wondering if you guys would like to download them, or at least watch em. If so, I'll start posting a few links here and there. Only a few though. I don't want to use all my bandwidth.

Some of the vids I have are entire matches, most just clips of stuff I have collected over the years.

Paul Bearer Gone from WWE [10 Apr 2005|03:22am]

Bill "Paul Bearer/Percy Pringle" Moody added the following message to his website earlier today:

"Saturday, April 09, 2005
Back To Business...

With great respect and consideration to all of my friends and supporters through the years, I sincerely feel that you should hear the following announcement directly from me. At times information can get misconstrued on the wrestling Internet. I want to ensure that before the anticipated communication leaks occur, that you get the complete truth that you so rightfully deserve.

During a telephone conversation yesterday with John Laurinaitis, from World Wrestling Entertainment Talent Relations, I was informed that the company decided to terminate my booking contract dated October 3, 2003. The contract specifies that the agreement may be terminated for any reason whatsoever by providing me with ninety (90) days advance written notice. My 90-day written notice will be issued by WWE Legal Department on Monday, April 11th.

I would like to say that our conversation was a courtesy, very cordial, and definitely not unexpected. The WWE creative department has not been able to come up with a viable storyline for the Paul Bearer character since he was “buried” in cement at THE GREAT AMERICAN BASH on June 27, 2004.

The last two years have indeed been a blessing, as the company made a major life saving surgery possible for me. I will always treasure the many friendships and memories of my almost 14-year association with The McMahon Family. I will never shut the door on a future relationship with WWE, as you well know anything can happen.

The next 90-days will be very important for me, as I must make some serious career decisions. Once again, I appreciate your thoughts and prayers. For some odd reason I feel like it’s somebody’s birthday around here tomorrow. I know it can’t be mine! Then again, it very well could be. Hehee…

Take care, my friends.
~Percy "

The Undertaker's World Tag Team Title History (2 of 6) [05 Apr 2005|01:58pm]

Aug. 22, 1999 - Aug. 30, 1999

After laying out Kane & X-Pac, the World Tag Team Champions, on an edition of RAW, Undertaker & Big Show received a title shot at SummerSlam. Big Show and Undertaker's power was just too much for X-Pac to handle, as a Big Show chokeslam and an Undertaker Tombstone resulted in a title change. Undertaker & Big Show would only be able to hold onto the titles for about a week, though, as they ran into the Rock N' Sock Connection.

The Undertaker's World Tag Team Title History (1 of 6) [04 Apr 2005|01:33am]

[ mood | awake ]

July 26, 1998 - Aug. 10, 1998

Stone Cold formed another unlikely pairing, this time with Undertaker, but the result was the same as when he teamed with Shawn Michaels and Dude Love - another World Tag Team Championship reign. The two faced Kane and Mankind at In Your House: Fully Loaded and walked away with the championship. They held the titles for a couple of weeks before losing the belts back to Kane and Mankind in a Fatal Four Way Match.

Post Wrestlemania Giddiness!!!

Did anyone else notice Randy Orton pancaking all the moves in their match? He barely sold anything!!! Taker carried the match and he was visibly irritated by the middle of the match. I'm willing to bet we don't see Randy and Taker in a match together for a VERY long time, if ever.

However, all in all it was a fabulous Wrestlemania!! Taker's record is intact so everyone in here is happy.. YAY!!!
